Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1956 with its registered office at B2/1805, Panchsheel Greens 2, Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh, the owner and operator of NearMe India, NearMe Services, NearMe Biz, NearMe business including collectively, including all content provided by Nelle Vicinanze India Services Pvt. Ltd. and/or it's website or any of its applications as mentioned above and you ("you" or "You"), a user of the Service.
